Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem,
and a proven track record of bringing tech products to market. You will be responsible for developing and
executing our go-to-market strategy, driving user acquisition, and building brand awareness. If you are

Key Responsibilities
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that
aligns with our business goals and growth targets.
- User Acquisition: Drive user acquisition through digital marketing channels, including
SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Brand Building: Build and manage our brand presence across various platforms, ensuring
consistent messaging and tone of voice.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including
blog posts, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media campaigns.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using
data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and build relationships with key partners,
influencers, and industry leaders to expand our reach and drive growth.
- Community Engagement: Foster and engage with our growing community of users, gathering
feedback and building a loyal customer base.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are
allocated to high-impact initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on startups or
tech products.
- Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and
content marketing.
- Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for
new products.
- Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with marketing tools and platforms, as well as analytics tools
like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
craft compelling marketing messages.
- Remote Work: Experience working in a remote environment with a high level of
self-motivation and discipline.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred,
but not required.
